Kristin Wild is a multidisciplinary executive leader specializing in strategic growth, cross-functional enablement, and the design of systems that helped our group of organizations scale with clarity and integrity. As Director of Acquisitions and Asset Strategy for G8 Est8™ and Strategist for Gener8™, she drives high-level initiatives across real estate, capital structuring, operational architecture, and organizational development.

With a career spanning program design, venture strategy, revenue systems, and complex negotiations, Kristin excels at aligning diverse teams around unified goals. She has played a central role in guiding Gener8™’s expansion into innovative, purpose-driven ventures, supporting leaders across multiple business lines from ideation through execution. Her work integrates financial intelligence, human behaviour, and operational precision to create scalable, resilient frameworks for growth.

Kristin’s background bridges technical, analytical, and human-centered disciplines. She has hands-on experience in land development, construction oversight, and capital strategy, combined with two decades of building and optimizing programs that support both internal teams and external clients. A former electrician with industrial and commercial field experience, she is known for her rare ability to communicate seamlessly between staff, executives, financial institutions, creators, legal teams, and stakeholders at every level.

As the Founder of Modern Health Solution™, she designed and scaled a globally recognized education and coaching program that has supported hundreds of individuals navigating chronic illness. Her expertise in adult learning, curriculum design, systems automation, and large-scale digital enablement continues to influence her leadership across all ventures. She is frequently invited to speak on organizational transformation, leadership, and human-centered performance.

Kristin holds a Doctorate, Masters, and Bachelor’s degree in Metaphysics; and a diploma in Applied Psychology. She also completed real estate studies at UBC’s Sauder School of Business and electrical systems training at NAIT, grounding her strategic approach in both technical skill and human insight.
