Dr. Kristin Wild is a strategic force at the intersection of real estate, capital structuring, and systems design. As Director of Acquisitions and Asset Strategy for G8 Est8™, she leads deal sourcing, feasibility, and execution on high-value property acquisitions globally. She also serves as a Director for Gener8™, helping shape the company’s expansion into innovative, meaningful ventures that bridge traditional investment with regenerative impact.

A lifelong entrepreneur, Kristin’s expertise spans land development, multi-use property strategy, construction management, and creative financing models. Her background in real estate is hands-on—having built, flipped, and project-managed numerous properties since 2005. She brings both vision and precision to complex deals, balancing investor priorities with long-term value creation.

Kristin is also the Founder of Modern Health Solution™, where she has developed a globally recognized healing program for people experiencing chronic physical illness. Kristin, herself, is an autoimmune disease survivor.  Though no longer in a day-to-day operational role, she remains a trusted advisor to the leadership team. Her ability to architect scalable programs with depth and integrity is echoed across all her ventures.

Kristin was recognized as a Success Magazine Women of Influence award recipient, joining a prestigious group of leaders who are shifting global narratives through impact and innovation.

She holds a Bachelor of Science in genetics, biochemistry, and calculus from the University of British Columbia, a Doctorate in Metaphysics from the University of Sedona, and a diploma in Applied Psychology. She also completed Real Estate studies at UBC’s Sauder School of Business and holds trade certification in electrical systems from the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology (NAIT)—a rare combination that grounds her strategic thinking in both technical skill and human insight.
