Laureen Regan is an accomplished executive, entrepreneur, and international trade advocate with over two decades of experience leading organizations at the intersection of innovation, engagement, and economic development. As President & CEO of Boom Group Inc., Laureen has transformed the member rewards and loyalty platform into a high-impact driver of employee retention and satisfaction across major unions, companies, and associations throughout Canada.

With a track record of launching scalable platforms, Laureen is also the Founder of the Ireland–Alberta Trade Association, where she has spent over 15 years building strategic bridges between Ireland and Alberta’s business communities. Her appointment as Honorary Vice Consul for Trade and Investment for Ireland (2015–2024) is a testament to her diplomatic acumen and commitment to advancing international partnerships.
